Traditional methods involve soaking a plain piece of cotton flannel in castor oil, placing it on the desired area, and then wrapping yourself in plastic wrap to prevent leaking and staining. These Wraps are made of a soft inner hypoallergenic layer that will lay against the skin. Made with 100% organic cotton. The outer layer is made of waterproof organic PUL material & even the stretchy straps are organic. 
 
The dimensions of the wrap are 10x18 not including the stretchy straps. It can stretch up to 66" in diameter making it universal for most body types.
