Store your Globes in the freezer in a clean, sealable container so that they are sanitized and ready to go!
After you’ve finished your skincare routine and applied your moisturizer, use Glow Globes to massage the skin in upward motions, working from the neck up with light pressure into the skin for 2-5 minutes. Spend extra time in areas with inflammation, redness, stress or breakouts.
Let your globes acclimate to room temperature before washing with room temp/warm water since they are made out of glass, or wash with cool water, and slowly increasing the temperature until its warm, using cleanser as well. Wipe globes with rubbing alcohol on a paper towel, wash cloth, or towel, then place back in freezer for next time!
